total late night

They placed us in a room near where they were having a party. It was 12 at night and we couldn't sleep. We were about to leave the hotel at that time to go look for another one because we had some cardiology exams at 6:00 a.m. A total disaster. They did not respect the tranquility of the guest

The personal is unprofessional, is not organization , first they can’t find my already paid reservation for check in , hotels.call them to fixie the issue but the worst was in the check out , they let my family wait for more of 45 minutes because they can find the paid receipt, after all this embarrassment time they finally find that the reservation was paid totally in advance , causing my family be late and lose the return transportation.

Safety deposit box in room was not working....tv in room was not working......one breakfast waiter was absent minded.....

Nice hotel, but sauna and turco was not working, pool and jacuzzi cold. So not much use from the wet zone, Restaurant - they have to learn to make salads. Cesar salad was not romane lettuce just regular, and capreese salad has yellow mozzarella instado of fresh. For the price you can stay in better place.
