Dear Guest We're sorry you had that impression, photos that are published are true, because there is some parameters with the pages that are registered that do not allow placing assemblies, are doing locative arrangements precisely not to leave impair the Hotel, because as it is on land quality maintenance should be more often. Nice new hotel. Confortable

Great nice hotel. The elevator has very sensitive lift card slot that don't work that often.needs fixing

Wonderful place to stay for family. We'll be back!

We booked the quadruple room and the first room they gave us was dirty and unacceptable. They then gave us another room that was smaller, but clean and comfortable. One of the front desk clerks was very impolite, so we made a complaint with the manager. The manager was very gracious and gave us a new 2-room suite and offered free dinner. The property is amazing and our kids loved it. The complementary breakfast was also very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come back again. Score of 5 for the manager who recognized the shortcomings of his staff and took care of the situation.

Instalaciones dejadas.Nada que ver con lo que vend

Lo que ustedes ofrecen como hoteles.com...no es la realidad..no se si ustedes hacen inspecciones a los sitios.cuando promocionan... no habia tobogan...piscinas...las instalaciones super descuidadas...nada que ver con las fotos que ustedes colocan y los servicios que ofrecen....cosas dañandas...necesito su respuesta y saber si me hacen alguna devolución por la propaganda engañosa.tengo fotos reales de las instalaciones y la habitación

Experiencia estadia en Sunrise

La experiencia fue buena en general , fue demorado de check in a pesar que llegamos mucho despues de las 3pm por un problema con la logistica en el cambio de sabanas creo que el hotel debe tener plan de contingencia. Para el caso de la infraestructura, las zonas de baños cerca de la piscina del vacacional estan muy deterioradas en griferia y muebles. El desayuno muy rico el tinto que proveen todo el tiempo tambien. Gracuas por atender las sugerencias y por favos en la musica no olviden que van personas de todas las edades no pongan solo regetoon. Gracias
