Hidden costs for cleaning which was extremely disappointing (be prepared to cough up extra €60 for that). Extra charges for the towels (€10 er set per person) which are not included in the price. Never experienced anything like that. For the 6 days of stay apartment wasn't cleaned even once and you have to take care of your rubbish!!! No sofa in the room you can only seat at the wonky chair or lay down on your bed. Wi-fi was almost non existing. Only in communal areas and that wasn't working every day.

As per our descriptions, , bed linens are included while bath towels can be rent by our guest. Also, the final cleaning fee is applied for the cleaning procedures carried out at the end of the stay.The property follows the mandatory waste sorting programme of the municipality of Villasimius: we require our guests to take out their sorted rubbish since the public kerbside collections picks up household waste only during specific days, in order to keep on-site collection area as clean as possible. Clean, good location with a 5 - 10 minute walk into the old town, really good size supermarket on site with an excellent deli counter, good selection of produce and competitive prices. Great pool and sunbathing area, good cafe and a very secure residence. Staff were really helpful too.

The apartment was spotless and perfect for us. It was nice and quiet and very friendly. The staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. I can not fault them ,we really felt very welcome.

Good value for money, and easy walk into village centre for places to eat and drink. Lovely beaches 5 to 15 mins drive away. Staff very friendly and helpful. Avoid August though as Villasimius is rammed that month.

Met our needs but could use a few improvements

Pros: Nice big pool, quiet, spacious rooms and communal areas with wifi. Fairly convenient location. Fairly well equipped kitchen.
Cons: Air con in bedroom Clearer reception and pool timetable which should be adhered to Proper shower cubicles in bathroom Nicer furnishings
Location: Great supermarket next door. 10 minute walk to centre of Villasimius which has many nice pizzerias and gelaterias. Convenient cheap bus to the beaches
We stayed for a week, spending mornings at the pool and afternoons at the beach. We self catered for breakfast, lunch and most dinners, but ate out a few times. Kitchen facilities were good on the whole, but two of the hobs didn't work and neither did the spark button so we had to buy a lighter. Rooms clean and spacious but could have done with a nice sofa and air con in the bedroom and there were some loose panels on the walls with wiring behind. The shower had no rim on the floor so without a lot of care, there was a lot of water on the floor which we had to soak up with towels after showering. Our booked check in time was 16:00, but there was a sign saying reception only opened at 16.30 and another saying 17:00. The receptionist arrived at 17:10 and there was often nobody in reception when it was meant to be open, which itself wasn't many hours due to a generous siesta. On the final day the pool was inexplicably closed. There was a great supermarket seconds from the front door, and the town centre was 10 minute walk away with lots of nice pizzerias and gelaterias. 30 minute walk to Simius beach, or a cheap hourly bus to many other beaches. We recommend Riso and Giunco. There was a great festival on the first night with lots of fireworks, and there were performances by the via del Mar some nights, including a really good rock band. All in all, a really relaxing enjoyable time but the hotel could do with a few improvements.

Nice hotel affordable price

I really enjoyed staying in residence . I think it's what you need for holiday there was supermarket right under the building ,AC and parking. Room was clean with minimum facility's for kitchen but could have nice breakfast and simple lunch . I personally would come back .
