This is the best looking property but no customer service at all. They don’t let you bring food or drink from outside but they close everything at 10:30pm. Bathroom had a leak the floor was always full of water. Rooms are super small they don’t look like the picture that they look decent size the bathroom area was bigger then the room.

Dear, a thousand apologies if you did not understand that this is a boutique hotel with a very different concept to the big hotels or all inclusive, we offer experience, tranquility in a quiet environment, the same in our rooms that are not adapted by our hotel concept, being a small and cozy hotel we do not work with coolers, own drinks and food bags in our common aresa, it is not our concept of hotel.

The hotel is located on a lovely beach. It's a simple hotel, but nice. The service in the restaurant is horrible. The bed in our room was full of bedbugs.

I really thought I was going to love this place! The beds are extremely hard! The location is wonderful and the campus is beautiful but the staff especially the restaurant is a no for me!
