No one was there when we arrived but we soon found out that they were over booked and we we put up in a nearby hotel that was of a much poorer quality for the same price. I have read other reviews saying that when they arrived they found out that the hotel was overbooked too so this might be a policy of theirs. Nice enough place otherwise but I would not recommend.

I made reservations for one night, thought I booked a hotel, unfortunately it just bed and breakfast. The price is way too much, and the service is horrible, self check-in instructions didn't even provided, the phone is not working, I don't know which room I should use.

非常不好的經驗和不聞不理的溝通過程! 提前兩個月使用app訂房的,明明看到顯示有空房才下訂,之後也收到確認信,結果一直在入住的前兩個禮拜發現屋主傳訊息要求取消該訂單,因為那個時間已經有其他人預定了,但我根本沒有收到屋主傳訊息給我的通知!! 之後是試著透過app聯絡屋主了解狀況,都沒有得到回應,向平台反應也都沒有得到回應,後來因為疫情無法入住要取消,寫信給平台跟屋主同樣沒有得到回應!真的是很差的經驗!!!

Petite guesthouse de 3 chambres, bien placé dans Vik, peut déjeuner correct.

Vi hade bokat boendet 2 månader inför resan. När vi kom fram var det ingen vid receptionen. Efter ett tag dykte upp en person som sa att vi hade blivit dubbelbokad och de hade bokat oss istället på en. hel annan plats 10 km bort. Det hade de inte kommunicerat under 2 månader!!! och väntade tills vi var framme. Dessutom såg inte gästhuset alls som i bilderna!
