We really enjoyed our stay while visiting Vigevano. We would definitely book again when we come back to the area.

Romantic and Recommended

Beautiful B&B, family owned. Centered around a courtyard in a traditional Lombardy style, with privacy and charm but with modern conveniences. We had a hiccup with arriving between check-in times, but that was on us for not notifying the staff about it when making reservations. For people antsy about English being spoken - the staff is fluent, so don't worry. We're not bothered when having to wing it when it comes to language, but I know some people are. At the Locanda, the rooms are immaculate and stylish,and incorporate family heirlooms from the 1930s. I fell in love with the tile flooring and the bathroom as well in our room. Our very clean room faced the street so we had some glare from a streetlamp (no lightblocking drapes - but charming linen and lace curtains) but we travel with sleepmasks,so not an issue and certainly not the property's fault. We had an early checkout well before breakfast time and reception STILL made sure we had a coffee and something to eat. I wish we could have lingered - the breakfast was nice and the dining room just adorable. The Locanda is also bike friendly AND pet friendly. Vigevano is small but charming and this was probably the most romantic stay we had. I recommend it highly.

Can't recommend.The tiles in bathroom full of mold. The bedding very cheap. This place feels like more of a roadside motel

Bom mas precisa melhorar o atendimento

O B&B é bem localizado, tem um pequeno estacionamento interno, quarto confortável, mas não tem frigobar. Tem elevador. O café da manhã é bom. Não gostamos do atendimento. A moça que nos atendeu é agitada, ansiosa e arrogante. Nada simpática. Fala rápido, mesmo eu tendo pedido pra falar devagar porque não sou italiana. Ela se irritou. Isso realmente estragou a estadia que poderia ser perfeita.

Grazie Berenice per la vostra visita. Ci dispiace non vi sia piaciuto il soggiorno, ma ci piace essere sinceri. La struttura non ha ricevuto richieste di check in anticipato né richieste speciali per il vostro arrivo e, la ragazza che non è arrogante, ha ricevuto la vostra richiesta di check in (fuori orario) due ore prima del vostro arrivo e, dopo aver insistito sul poter entrare e posteggiare nella struttura (nel quale ci stanno comodamente 5/6 automobili), ha comunque fatto in modo di accogliervi in anticipo. Ha parlato in italiano perché nessuno di voi conosce l’inglese e ha fatto in modo che capiste tutto, spiegandosi anche con l’unico del gruppo che parlava e capiva benissimo l’Italiano. Inoltre, ci teniamo ad accontentare le richieste speciali dei nostri ospiti circa le camere che vengono prenotate e lei, senza alcuna richiesta fatta al momento della prenotazione, ha sentito la necessità di commentare - in portoghese e senza permettermi di capire cosa stesse dicendo - la scelta delle camere assegnate. Cara Berenice, anche a noi piace avere a che fare con ospiti gentili e cortesi, che rispettano il lavoro di chi li accoglie, ma purtroppo non sempre succede. Le auguro un buon soggiorno in Italia!

Fint hotel i klassisk italiensk by

Ligger rigtig godt til en hyggelig aften i en klassisk italiensk by. Man kan gå til torvet på få minutter. Byen er ikke turistet og det er flot og rart at være. Selve hotellet er fint. God indretning og rimelig ny istandsat. E bedste minus var at aircon var svær at styre og det derfor blev meget koldt i rummet- selv om det var hedebølge mens vi var der. Meget venlig ejer og personale.
