Posted 11 Feb 2019 on HotelsThe hotel was ok, a little dated and some minor repairs needed. We only stayed for 3 nights and it was fine. Staff were very friendly, thank you Chiang for your kind hospitality (apologies if name spelt wrong) :)

Happy hour free whiskey!
Posted 3 Jan 2019 on HotelsVery friendly staff. The bar tender was Brilliant! Free whiskey during happy hour from 8pm-10pm and sometimes a magic show. The room was comfortable.

Excellent option!
Posted 25 Jul 2018We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It was clean and had all of the extras you would expect at a much more expensive hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very Disappointing
Posted 2 Nov 2017 on HotelsRoom was disappointing. The hotel attempts to be a "middle of the road" choice, between budget and luxury, and it is priced as such. However, the hotel is in very poor condition. Numerous tears in the wall paper, bathroom fixtures are falling off, lots of bugs in the bathroom, no pillowcases on the pillows. My in-room safe was broken. Management said they would fix it. They never did. Wifi was terrible. Off and on all the time. Only usable for email and instant messaging and even then you have to wait. I couldn't make a skype calls. I went to a coffee shop around the corner and used their internet.
There are far better choices in the area. I stay in Vientiane 5-6 times a year.

Not a great hotel
Posted 27 Oct 2017 on OrbitzWe booked a room for 3 people but the room was tiny, nothing like the pictures. The wifi never worked, water stopped working for about 5 hours, electric also, breakfast was mediocre. I would not recommend this hotel. On the bright side the staff was very nice and responded to complaints the best they could.
