Very nice, recent and well furnished small apartment. Layout very functional. I appreciated being able to store my bags upon arrival (too early for check in). Grocery store right across the street, plus other nearby. Lots of transit options around as well, easy to get anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

I am truly pleased with my stay at Oliver Apartments. The location is superb for getting around Vienna. But the best part is how pleasant, comfortable and well-kept these apartments are. Finding them was no problem, check-in was easy, and having daily housekeeping was a bonus. I will definitely stay there again when I’m back in Vienna.

Very convenient location, walkable distance to Margaretengurtel and Gumpfendorfer U-Bahn stations, as well as tram stations. Loved the room cleaning services. Grocery stores available within walking distance.
Only wish the communal space on ground floor and laundry rooms were more comfortable and renovated to allow for studying, relaxing, etc.

A very interesting concept. I wasn't sure at first, the building and staircase look like a very generic building but the rooms/apartments are absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommended.

A great find!
Posted 2 Sep 2023 on HotelsGreat find. Everything we needed was close by - supermarket across the road; bus stop 400m in one direction; Ubahn 500m in the other direction. Great local eateries.
Rooms were clean and well maintained; great facilities - laundry and storage. Would highly recommend staying here.

Тихое безопасная маленькая квартира, свежий ремонт, чистая, напротив через дорогу супермаркет в 3 минутах автобус в центр города, метро в 3-5 минутах, квартира тщательно убирается каждый день. Рекомендую.

It appears that the Superior apartment and the classic apartment are the same thing!
