Nice and friendly staff. Yummy comprehensive breakfast. Spacious comfortable room but no fridge, and curious shower/bathroom configuration and curtains.
Accessible location.

Great hotel however not too visible
Posted 2 Feb 2024 on HotelsHotel was great and service was 24/7, Rooms were nice and the walk-in showers great. Bed was comfy and able to sleep soundly. Not able to hear outside noises in the room.
Airport and taking the metro was easy; after you get off from the nearest metro station either Nestroyplatz or the main Praterstern, you have to walk a bit to get to the hotel which is a 5-10 minute walk. If you are getting off the Praterstern station, when you get out, look in between the Monument statue and the Ferris wheel in the distance, go towards the Monument station and cross the street in that general direction and keep walking north to the hotel. If you go down the other path, you are going away and theres a ibis BUDGET which is the wrong one.
