Great staff, specially Ricard and Francesca who went out of their way to help with recommendations on things to do and with an issue with our next destination respectively.

Lovely hotel rooms very comfortable, breakfast delicious & plentiful & with Prosecco all included. Staff on reception so helpful & found us somewhere to watch the Liverpool FC match, printed the directions, told us how to get there which was 6 mins walk, rang ahead for us booking a table. Fantastic service.
