It's the People !
Posted 31 Aug 2023 on HotelsWe visited Maximillian a month earlier (actually looking for another property that had closed). After meeting Erica at reception, we knew we would choose Maximillian !
So generous and pleasant, Erica took time to advise us about many aspects for our next Vienna visit. Upon return last week, Erica remembered us and introduced us to Samuel... another gracious and thoughtful younf host.
Maximillian is new, modern, luxurious. But, it's Vienna. There are lots of those. For us, it's the people. Samuel and Erica are only two of the entire staff representing a property who clearly promotes a "Customer Care" philosophy.
We don't need to look for a place in Vienna for next time. Maximillian !

The hotel is walking distance from the train station and the palace gardens which is a huge plus. Big room, comfy bed and spacious shower area, would recommend!

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Schlossgartens Schönbrunn. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut erreichbar und in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und schön geräumig, alles was benötigt hat war vorhanden. Dazu war mein Zimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet und man hat keinerlei Geräuschkulisse von der stark befahrenen Strasse / Strassenkreuzung vor dem Hotel gehört. Der Service war sehr gut und auch das Frühstück hat für jeden Geschmack etwas geboten.
Einziger Negativpunkt ist die schlechte Parksituation in der Umgebung des Hotels. Das ist aber meiner Meinung nach ein generelles Problem in der Wiener Innenstadt und kann dem Hotel nicht wirklich vorgeworfen werden.
Alles in allem war ich mit meiner Hotelwahl wirklich sehr zufrieden und wenn ich wieder in Wien zu Besuch bin, kann ich mir sehr gut vorstellen wieder das Hotel Maximilian als Unterkunft zu wählen!
