Stayed just 2 nights, inside property rooms lovely and warm, very clean bedding and apartment.
Outside of property gave a bad impression, needs a repaint or refresh.
Would have liked a better welcome pack especially choice of tea, english tea would have been greatly received.
Considering 4 in a room 1 T bag pp wasnt very good for 2 nights and 3 days, had to buy our own and milk.
Overall what we needed was a clean bed for the night so that was fine.
Good place to put your head down if visiting for a quick cheap trip.

The apartment was perfect for us, everything we needed, helpful hosts.
Trams stop very nearby, also could walk to the centre in 20 mins.

The location is great, being relatively close to the city center. The apartment itself was a bit disappointing. The sofa beds are quite old and not so comfortable. Some things did not work properly but the receptionist was kind enough to fix them.

After having 2 years of Covid and lock downs,.. we had no chance to renew our equippment due to the no income.
Now we can successively invest and renew things.

The location is excellent for seeing the old city and the Christmas markets. Apartments are roomy,clean, and well equipped. We extended our stay for 4 more days because the apartment is so comfortable.

The receptionist was never available at the scheduled times, which was very inconvenient.

as you mentioned at your arrival there is a door bell outside by which you can always reach te´he reception also with +4314065112 or by contacting the daily housekepping from 10-15h.

thanks for your feedback which does not give us the chance to answer to your complaints.
As written in the listing the fotos are symbolic ones and sometime especially in hot wheather periods we try to supply our guests with the apts facing the yard because they are more cool best greetings walter ( not anonymous)
