A rustic, clean, comfortable game lodge with 4 tents. The game rangers plus staff are all 5 star. And ni wifi, and no electricity brings everything back to real life in the bush.

The staff at Nguni were fantastic. They arranged transport for us when needed (the lodge is not too far from the falls, but not walkable in the heat) and were generally very friendly and kind.

We needed more upfront information on extra costs such as how much extra person in the room and the taxi from the airport. The lack of communication on these was unfortunate. Abrasive responses to questions such as will we have air conditioning later was uncalled for. Finally we could not even access snacks in the evening and told to go to a 7/11.

Nice place with very friendly staff

The staff here are so friendly and nice. Food was great. Landscapiing beautiful. My room was nice, but the walls are paper thin. I could easily follow the converstation of the couple in the room adjacent to mine. A minifridge would be wonderful so to keep some water cold.

Nice place with friendly staff

The lodge is very nice. Beautiful landscaping and vegetation. The staff is super friendly. Food quite good. The one thing that could make it better would be if they had a mini-fridge in the rooms to one could have cold water.

The blinds on the window were broken, letting in outside light, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The front door is made of glass, so everyone can see inside, and you have to cover it with a curtain every time, which is inconvenient.
