The staff was excellent. Breakfast is $25 USD per person. I went to the lookout cafe with my partner and we ate a big breakfast (with drinks) for $29 USD total. Breakfast at this hotel is severely overpriced. My shower head did not have hot water, the a/c unit was unsatisfactory, and the hotel room phone did not function for outgoing calls. The shared spaces of the property were excellent, but the rooms were lacking.

property location is OK. However price versus what is offered - totally out of balance, way too expensive for waht it is. Poor breakfast, running out of ingredients the whole time - food quality dinner / choice : very poor. We do NOT recommend this property

Lovely hotel
Posted 12 Jun 2023 on HotelsA lovely hotel with very friendly staff and good service. Pool is large and surrounded by lovely trees. A nice place to sit. Good breakfast and dinner. Free shuttle bus down to the falls. Rooms are comfortable and in good condition but are a bit ugly from the outside

Its walking distance from the Victoria Falls. Also very close to the airport.
