I had a good time at the hotel, the only downturn was at the moment that I was trying to leave from the hotel, security guard hold me until they check my room, I called reception before I checked out but they took over 20 minutes to give the security guard the green light. It’s unnecessary to hold a guest for that long, beside that small incident everything was very good!

In general all was good, live the good but service for cocktails were a little slow :(

I did like the hotel , and its amenities; would just recommend to upgrade maybe the gym area , and the playground area for kids . Staff is amazing , specially Freed and Jose that serves my table a couple times . Clean , and the buffet has a lot of options , love that ! Would choose it again in a future !
