Absolutely no help with our stay after a landslide took out the road this property is located on. I was told since Jackson was still access able from their location (4 hours away) so they would not be assisting anyone financially with the inconvenience. This was originally a 30 minute drive. Bummer, we had high hopes for this place.

Help via text was limited to the hours of 8:00 am through 10:00 pm. After a long day of traveling the first day and arrival which was delayed by a road collapse, we found our cabin was too hot and couldn’t utilize the AC. Maintenance guy couldn’t help since two cabins shared the heat pump and the other one’s tenants had their heat on and our unit’s cooling wouldn’t work. Had to leave windows open for the night, which was a safety concern. Problem was resolved the next day, but first night was very unpleasant. Cabins should have independent AC units. Also, when weather cooled the next night, the gas fireplace would not work. Maybe property managers should verify that AC units and fireplaces were working prior to checkin.

Absolutely loved this stay!! It was truly breathtaking, fun, and homey. We plan to come every year even with it being 14 hours away.

I didn’t like how we didn’t have much to do around the resort. We could’ve rented a e-bike but to find the trail you had to share the road with the cars for about 20mins and we didn’t feel safe.
The dining was limited I wish the dining time was more flexible .
The resort it was very cute! I wish I knew this place when my kids were younger. It was clean and very unique . I would definitely come back.

We stayed multiple days and was disappointed in that maid service was not available without a 24 hour request, which meant a trip to the office for clean towels and washcloths. To me, that level of service is unacceptable.
