The staff amazing ,drivers sooooo sweet ,they even drop and pick you up from station

Fantastic views from our room, overlooking the lake, which was spacious and clean. Staff very helpful with all requests. Had a great gym and spa, with plenty of lovely eating places within Lugano (10 mins away) and just a mile down the road in Morcote. Would definitely return!

All good but they should provide irons in rooms.
