Upon arrival walking into the establishment for my 4pm check-in the young lady at the front desk never greeted me instead she looked at me and said reservation. During my entire stay the only 2 employees who spoke was Kim working night shift and the young lady working the desk the morning I checked out. Customer Service was piss poor! The parking lot should be better organized. There should be no reason I have to park on the opposite side of the parking lot and walk over 200 feet just to get to the hotel. The hotel should have reserved parking for hotel guest only! The hotel room had no microwave , but had a refrigerator and coffee maker. Fitted sheets on bed were to big, discolored, and extremely wrinkle! There should be no reason for king size sheets on a queen size bed!

Ethel was awesome! We had to book a stay to get away from a bad thunderstorm but, she helped us get into a room right away! I didn’t get to tour the amenities but, the location was beautiful and the service was even better!

Did not like parking for hotel guest that left and came back to the property had to park very far way if handicapped

This hotel was just okay. The beds were awful with obvious dents making it hard to sleep without feeling like falling over. The WiFi was the worst! It went in and out every 3 minutes. No mirrors in the room. Overall pretty average stay. Improvements are much needed!
