Musique à fond dans le bar jusqu’à tard- du coup chambre 117 à proscrire pour les enfants. Je m’attendais à mieux d’un hotel de ce standing. Vraiment déçue.

The swmming pool was closed and they did not guests know before ever arriving at the premises. No compensation either

Pool was closed with no warning. As this was the main reason I booked it this was v disappointing.

It was a quick stop but the whole town is very walkable and the parc nearby is absolutely gorgeous.
We ordered room service, which was served on the dot by a very courteous, but also very discreet gentleman.
The bellman took care of our electric vehicle and returned it to us fully charged.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Wonderful park right in front of the hotel and along the river and great for walking our little dog. Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant. The spa experience was good. But the pool on the 7th floor was in bad condition. Dozens of loose little tiles and dirt at the bottom. But, all in all, we would stay again.
