The oddest experience I have ever had! There was nobody there. Restaurant closed permanently. A telephone number in a stairwell gave me a voice which told me how to access the stairwell... key is in the door.
I was the only person in the entire establishment for the entire stay.

Bonjour Nous sommes désolés que vous n’ayez pas apprécié votre séjour, nous vous avons contacté pour signaler que le jour de votre arrivée, il n’y avait pas d’accueil et nous vous avons donné les informations pour l’accès à votre chambre par téléphone. Le matin nous étions présents pour les petits déjeuners. Encore désolé pour cette absence de personnel. Cordialement

Wouldn’t recommend
Posted 21 Jul 2019 on HotelsBooked and stayed one night as the hotel has a restaurant. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on a Friday night. Not a lot of options to eat in the area. There is no reception for the hotel and we had to wait around 30 minutes until someone showed up.

Quiet place outside Paris.

Leaving on a jet plane...
Posted 30 Oct 2018 on HotelsPerfect spot before a flight out of CDG. Paris was booked and most places anywhere near the airport were expensive. La Auberge Renaissance was the perfect solution.
