Over priced and run down
Posted 17 Jun 2021 on HotelsThe hotel is a bit dated and run down. Stayed in summer and the rooms get very warm (no air conditioning). Alot of the time the reception staff where nowhere to be seen if you had an enquiry. Unfortunately your options are limited in where you can stay in Vetlanda. If you stay in Växjö then do this, much better hotels for less. money. Even had graffiti in the room.

Modern & charming.
Posted 7 Oct 2015The owner & staff were friendly, nice and professional! I picked this hotel and I was very impressed with location, quietness, & cleanliness. The airport failed to help me when I asked for assistance at the info desk there. They could have telephoned the hotel so that I could have gotten a free shuttle pick up. Instead, they sent me on a wild goose chase to a bus & then a train. Smh My only advice is to go to airport info desk and have them call hotel for shuttle. I had jetlag. So, I fell asleep and missed eating dinner. But the room was modern and charming.

Posted 12 Aug 2015 on HotelsFirst of all the hotel charged me for the whole stay even though I paid all of it via hotels.com. Breakfast was horrible, some of it was already taken out the night before where there was alot of drunks in the same area (Breakfast served next to the bar). They called us 11.50am to remind us about the check out (who does that at a empty hotel?) and just walked in the room at noon, when we were heading to check out. There was no others staying at the hotel at that time. Low service. They won't even admit that they've made a mistake about the payment, still waiting for a refund!
The business superior rooms were clean and quiet though!
