This was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at.
Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and the rooms were modern and beautiful.
Highly recommend for anyone.

Checkout time is WRONG
Posted 12 Aug 2023 on HotelsThe checkout time in my hotels.com booking clearly states a checkout time of 12pm. The staff unlocked my door and came into my room just after 11am WHILE I WAS FULLY NAKED and asked me to leave, claiming the checkout time was 11am. The hotel needs to sort out their checkout time!

Posted 27 Jul 2023 on HotelsBecause of a road closure we needed to check in 30 minutes late. A quick phone call resulted in their staying open for us. Great service, lovely room and a super breakfast the next morning. I highly recommend Hotel Flokanlundur.

Very convenient locations if visiting the west fjords for a day and leaving the area the next morning. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Clean up to date room. On site restaurant was good and about the only option in the area.
