The property itself was at a great location but the customer service was poor. The cleanliness wasn't unto standard in the room. No soap in the bathroom. Even after calling the reception twice for the same no one came to replenish it. Safe wasn't working in the room and again no one came to look at it. Otherwise friendly concierge and experience was decent.

This is an excellent hotel in Copenhagen. The beautiful staff, room comfort and amenities make for a very pleasant stay.

Lovely rooms and fantastic restaurants available. Great service who are very helpful, taxi's available outside as reasonable rates, unfortunately the pool is cleaned every day from 11:30-1pm so be warned eat breakfast early if you want to get in the pool

The hotel was very nice
The location is a little out of the way. Nothing really close, had to hike about 20 minutes to get to things to see, restaurants, bars...

The amenities were great and the receptionist gave us early check in which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. We had a lovely stay.
