Expedia quoted one rate and the hotel charged my credit card significantly more. Room was spacious but bed was hard as a rock. Spa and swimming pool were out of commission. Don’t trust Expedia or the hotel!

I would have preferred the office chair and ottoman be either thrown away or burned as to being in the room with us. There was hole in the flat sheet and blue stains on the fitted sheet. There were some improvements made in the common area and exterior; I assume they’ll get around to the rooms at some point.

The towel rack was coming off the wall. The ceiling above the shower was cracked as nd peeling

Very disappointed the pool was out of service. Apparently has been for an extended time. Having a pool was the reason we chose this hotel. Our room needed several things repaired. The lobby was updated and clean. Breakfast was adequate.

Employee at checkin not friendly. Room was filthy. Had to buy clorox wipes and scrub food off counter. Burn holes in bedding. Shower dirty. Chair dirty. Floor gross. Very run down. The guy that came in to fix my tv at 11 pm was nice. Lady at desk at check out was very nice. Advertise pool and hot tub but they were closed for maintenence supposedly. Very limited breakfast.

We picked this hotel for the pool got there and pool was broken there was nothing on the web site telling us this the tv did not work it was a total let down.
