Service & front desk people are very slow. I have booked my trip via Expedia & they have no idea that I have booked this trip or not..so confused when I checked in…the girl at the front desk were so confused that she gotta go inside & ask for her manager.

Bed smells and back yard looks was not acceptable, was not able to sleep due too fan noise and not enough cooling through air . Food in restaurant was ok .

My stay was good except the limits given on Room key. Only 1 key was available and this was causing issue every time we wanted to open our room. Also, some noise during evening till 11.00pm due to renovation works carried out on top floors. Could not sleep due to bang bang .
