I have stayed here twice. First stay was wonderful and caused me to be a return customer, which I intended on doing for the foreseeable future. However, this time I was charged the $100 damages fee despite leaving the room perfect. I cleaned up the room before leaving as I usually do. However this time, I cleaned puddles off the floor because the shower splattered in the bathroom because there is no door and I didn’t want housekeeping to walk in that. I wiped up a surprising amount of grime. I can only assume I was charged for the dirty towels. $100 for a couple of towels?

Hello Richelle,We do authorize 100 incidental deposit for the duration of the stay. However, upon guest departure we do release the entire amount back to the guest subject to guest room inspection. After checking your guest folio, we did realize your incidental amount. Please check with your bank for the deposit as some banks take upto 7 days from the day of release (May 30th). Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was right in front of the room. No complaints.

This was absolutely one of the nicest motels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s nicer than any hotels I’ve stayed at in a while too. Everything was brand new. I love that it didn’t have carpet anywhere as well. Bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom was spotless. Would recommend!

The manager is one of the best and seems to genuinly care about each guest even if they booked through third party. This is one of a kind as far as the manager, hotel, and staff goes

What a pleasant surprise!! We were trying to save money and willing to sacrifice a little quality. We saved the money but we didn’t have to sacrifice quality at all. This place was fantastic! Whoever did the remodel on this gem really knew what they were doing. It’s gorgeous. It was the first night of a two week road trip and what a great start. I hope the rest of our rooms, as we travel up the west coast come close.
