Lovely big room, balcony looking out to the sea. Great choice for breakfast in the morning. Friendly helpful staff. Fridge in my room. What’s not to love. Would stay here again.

A beautiful property with lovely garden. Our room was very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast generous, including a variety of fresh fruit, staff friendly. We walked to the Botanical gardens easily and Ventnor is very close, walkable too. Parking on site and outside. Would definitely recommend.

Great location with a warm welcome

The rooms and bathrooms were extremely large and well equipped including a fridge and good amenities. Located in lovely gardens in a very peaceful and quiet location looking out towards the sea.
Breakfast was excellent and all the staff could not have done more to make our stay any better.
