The rooms are basic but clean and the staff were very friendly.
The breakfast was good.
Was an easy walk into town

A different room to my previous stay, yet although smaller it was acceptable nevertheless. Bed comfortable. Breakfast every day from 7am, is good for a traveller like myself. The provision of hot food at breakfast was much appreciated. Staff were attentive when required.

Posted 28 Feb 2023 on HotelsLocated opposite the rail and bus stations and a short walk to the town centre, it's very convenient. The character hotel was very welcoming. The single room was a decent size and comfortable. Only a small pillow was provided ( a huge square one was in wardrobe). Bed was ok and I slept well. Breakfast was a delight with hot and cold fare. Though replenishment wasn't always timely. Staff busy but helpful. I enjoyed my stay m

Affordable, quality breakfast, great location especially if you’re using trains to move around the Germany/Netherlands border, plus Venlo is a beautiful city in its own right

Honest staffs
Posted 3 Aug 2022 on HotelsI left my bag with our pocket money and all our passports where we had our breakfast in the hotel. After 20 mins one of the staff came and returned my property intact. Thank you to the staffs that day.

The restaurant was amazing.
