It was a horrible experience staying in this property. The AC didn't work. When we called, they did nothing and then stopped picking up our phone. So basically if something goes wrong while you are there, you will have no one to even speak to (let alone them helping you). The bed had hair on the sheet so clearly they didn't change bed sheets after previous guests left. The room had a strange stink. You are better off staying some where else. Don't ruin your vacation by staying here.

Poor apartment avoid.

Apartment was in poor condition. Sewage smell in living room. One of the bathroom the toilet was basically unusable as it was 5cm from the shower. There is a manhole in the living room which was in poor condition and this meant smells came into the apartment. The checkin policy was not flexible as we arrived 1 hour early and was told we only get the code at 3pm even though there was no one inside and cleaning.

Ok as a base to explore

Overall a pleasant stay and is a good apartment as a base to go and explore but wouldn’t stay if I had young children or wanted to be in the apartment for anything other than sleeping & showering. Pros: 1. Property was in a great location; 20 mins from Rialto Bridge & 25 mins to St Marks square. 2. The apartment was very clean 3. beds comfortable 4. shower was hot 5. Could leave our luggage outside of the room (though not guarded / locked away) Cons: 1. Toaster didn’t work 2. the apartment was quite dark 3. there were building works right outside of our apartment which we were not informed of earlier and because of how close the buildings were, they might as well have been in our apartment. This didn’t affect us on the whole however we had been travelling on the first day for several hours and wanted to get a few hours sleep which was just impossible. 4. Elevator didn’t work 5. Noisy in general (you could hear next door just walking around, never mind talking)

Listen up. The property was well kept. The check out was the worst experience me and my family had in our life’s. With all the change in hours from the USA we missed the time to check out. LISTEN UP we were thrown away to the streets with two little kids under 3 years old each. The cleaning lady walked in the worst mood , no education or humanity whatsoever. We had to get out that’s it. I felt homeless. In America someone would have called, charge us more money or any other solution. The way the situation was handled was inhumane.
