PLEASE READ THIS..The system that this people have in regards to security is intense. YOU MUST HAVE A FULL BATTERY, EXCELLENT INTERNET CONNECTION, THE WHATS APP AND WII FI. They do not tell you any of this or the fact that there is NO ONE around to help you. We had travel from the States (13hours) we arrived to this place at night. It took us almost 3 hours to figure all of this out. If it wouldn't be for a nice older couple that was also arriving...we would of to sleep outside this place. There is NO ONE arround. The Greta lady never offered to help or did not ever apologized for all the inconvenice that we had. Also there is NO FOOD in this place or microwave and there are bugs everywhere. NO WHERE in our reservation mentioned any of the above.

We had to download the app to get access to the key to open the apartment, which I was disappointed as it took 2 hrs and spent a lot of money making phone calls

Gem near Venice

Posted 16 Sep 2017
When the front door opens up you find your self in this great big garden with a villa that takes you back in time in Italy Gabriela immediately makes you feel like part of her family.. the rooms are stylish and decor is great. Easy to find and almost makes you stay in Italy for ever. Breakfast is great and you sit in this great big table..

Kitchen closed in venice

Posted 16 Nov 2016
Overall beautiful surroundings and clean but was an awkward stay feeling like not really wanted. No advice or help on the area. Meant to be able to have tea coffee but told kitchen closed. Wouldn't book us taxi for transfers. The worst thing was shower I was nearly burnt alive and not suitable for anyone above 5 foot. Just felt we were an inconvenience, so why take the booking. The location is perfect but stay in the crown plaza instead.

Dear English girls. I'm sorry you have heard so much discomfort to us. I don't understand this "worse was the shower"? If you had some trouble why didn't you tell me soonI!? Just communicate! Surely I would have solved the problem obviously NO OUT OF OFFICE HOURS at 5.00. am. when you woke me up, on your departure day asking me to take a taxi at night arriving in 10 minutes even though I'd asked the day before if you wanted that if I arrange you a transfer explaining that we are in a small town and not parked taxis around like in a big city. You replayed me that you wanted to go by train. I was amazed when I read "no advice or help on the area." Upon arrival we leave to all guests - for you too - the guestbook and welcome card together with any other information about the area and the House in own language. Also in the Office hours we give gladly more information if anyone needs. You have booked into a small B&B there isn't reception 24 of 24 and even shuttle like at Crown Plaza but there are other things to appreciate example the tea that you have benefited from free every night when you returned from Venice. Ps. I'm sorry but in Italy by law the guests can not have access to kitchens a receptive activity for a simple reason, safety and hygiene, even in Crown Plaza ..

Beautiful spacious room. Very luxurious.

Pros: I needed to relax in a comfortable space and this hotel worked well for me. The grounds were spacious and the gardens exceptional. Loved the music!
Cons: My room was close to the reception area so I did hear a lot of noise but it mostly did not bother me. There was no TV but I didn't want one anyway.
Location: There were a few restaurants and a grocery to walk to. Not much in the way of other shopping from what I could find but there was a bus stop nearby.
Staff was very attentive and friendly. Any issues were immediately addressed. My room had beautiful hard wood and marble floors and quality furniture that made you feel relaxed, comfortable and cared for.

This B&B was an oasis of tranquility.

Posted 11 May 2016
Pros: All the above. Everything. Pool, food, cleanliness, security, no TV, the grounds, position, owner, Rosso.
Location: Lovely little town, bus service, small coffee bars, restaurant, 2 supermarkets, lovely river walks, proximity of railway station and Venice.
We were delighted when we arrived at the imposing electrically operated gates, the long driveway leading to this idyllic villa. The villa was so tastefully decorated, so clean and wire such an air of tranquility. We stayed in a ground floor room but were shown the other rooms in the villa. All were just fabulous. Gabriella, the owner was delightful and could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were just wonderful, a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, a platter of cold meats, cheeses, a variety of warm bread rolls and croissants so light they could almost float away. Fruit juices, teas and fresh coffee were also available. The villa is set in a small town where all the people we encountered were friendly and helpful. We took a bus into the beautiful town of Treviso. This is a gorgeous place, not at all touristy. There were gorgeous little tavernas and beautiful canals. All of the shops were so individual. A short walk of about 500 yards from the villa is the station which takes you straight into Venice, by the grand canal. We had a days river cruise, arranged by Gabriella. This was fabulous. We travelled up the river and received such warm hospitality. We visited a church, saw wonderful old villa all with a water frontage and were served a 4 course lunch. The operator also runs a trip right into the grand canal in Venice which we will certainly enjoy on our visit next year! The villa has a pool and a gorgeous little dog called Rosso. We will return.
