For starters, the beds were super uncomfortable. We were definitely ready to leave by the third day and switch hotels. The rooms also had a ton of mosquitos, so we all had pretty bad bug bites when we woke up. The most disappointing though, was they were “unable to locate” my jewelry box we left in the room by accident. It was all of my past Mother’s Day jewelry pieces, and we know exactly where we left it in the room. We were coming back through Venice and hoping to stop by and grab it, but they insisted nobody found my jewelry box. I would definitely be careful staying here with valuables, and bring bug spray.

Dear AmberThanks for being our guest.I'm sorry you've a bad experience with us.We've changed all the matresses one moth ago to assure the maximum comfort to all our guests, sleeping habits are really subjective, due to this we've also toppers to change the softness of the beds, upon request. For the mosquitoes, being inside a lagoon all the island suffer about it, we are provided with plugs antimosquitoes and we usually suggest to our guest to keep windows closed during the night and use aircon accordingly to avoid their entrance.For your jewellery box, sincerely, we did not find it. We've looked all around the room, where you've stated it was and other places, we're sorry, it was not inside the room. We do not have any interest to give you false feedbacks and we're also used to deal with lost&found policies.I do remain at your disposal for any further nformation.Best regardsMatteo Visonà Dalla PozzaHotel Manager

15 min walk to San Marc square. 4 min walk to closest water transportation dock, which includes transportation to most locations around Venecia including the Airport.

Honestly. The service and the front desk was the best part. Nicolo went above and beyond. Got us checked in early since we arrived at 6am. The rooms are amazing and breakfast was as well. I can’t say enough that the staff was more accommodating than they needed to be and that itself made it the best experience. Highly recommend this place and can guarantee you will not be disappointed. 24 hours front desk. Easy walk to all the attractions and they will have a map with all the restaurant recommendations

Wonderful hotel in a terrific area. The room was well appointed, clean & comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious with many options. The concierge was very helpful and made our stay extra special. Great restaurants in the area, safe to wander around and close to the water boat transportation.

The service provided by the employees at this property was exceptional. The team provided assistance with airport transfers and transfers to a cruise ship. Email communication was prompt and on the ground service was the best we have received in Europe. The hotel location on the water was safe and convenient short walk to main tourist sites. Restaurant recommendation for dinner was non-touristy, local food and very affordable. This was a great hotel experience -we will definitely return!!
