Novotel exceeded all expectations with its excellent location, just a stone's throw away from major attractions. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, offering a variety of options to cater to all tastes. And to top it off, the value for money was exceptional, making Novotel a standout choice for any traveler looking for a memorable experience.

Our stay here was not possible due to a strike of personnel doing cleaning and maintenance but they rebooked us in a hotel of similar quality and provided a taxi to the new location and paid for it

I woke up with bite marks all over my legs. I’m freaking out that they may have bed bugs in their room. I attempted to call to speak to the manager regarding this, and was told that they weren’t in, that they were in a meeting etc. I told the front desk person what the problem was and they told me to call back, and then to send an email with my concern. I told them bed bugs are a SERIOUS issue that they need to check and address right away. They told me to write an email. I got a hold of the Expedia rep and they said they would advocate for me and that someone would follow up with them. It’s been 2 days and I have heard nothing. I will be disposing if my items upon returning home and hope to god no one else picks them up upon their travels. No feedback from hotel, no one reached out, no help whatsoever. Just stress for the whole family.

Primera vez que me sucede que a pesar que las habitaciones estaban disponibles, no nos entregaron las llaves porque el hotel cobraba 40 euros por early check in, nosotros llegamos a la 1pm y el check in era a las 2pm, sólo faltaba 1 hora. Éramos 4 parejas, y cada pareja su habitación, tuvimos que registrarnos y dejar las maletas, para no perder tiempo porque era nuestro último día y queríamos visitar Murano y Burano. Al momento de registrarnos nos dieron el número de habitación pero no las llaves, y la muchacha que nos registró me dijo, tu eres la ganadora, ganaste la suite, y todos lo celebramos y le dije regreso a mi suite cuando terminemos el paseo. Regresamos todos y a mis amigos les dieron las llaves de los cuartos que le habían asignado temprano, y a mi esposo y a mi nos cambiaron el cuarto, le pregunté al staff Lorenzo por la suite que me habían asignado temprano y me dijo que había sido un error, le enseñe el recibo con el número de la habitación que me habían dado y le comenté lo que la muchacha me había dicho temprano y no le daba la gana de darme la misma habitación, hasta que sus compañeros le dijeron que me la de, y yo le dije que era un maltrato y pésimo costumer service, yo no había pedido esa habitación, la recepcionista temprano me dijo que me la gané y mi error fue no preguntar porqué. Pero después de eso me dieron la habitación y todo muy limpio y muy cómodo.
