Our room was cold but thankfully there was a duvet

Our room faced the front street and they don’t put the air conditioning on until late May so we were forced to leave the window open. We got no sleep what’s so ever as extremely loud late until the night and again early morning. We asked to move and they made no effort said they were full, but then we seen a tour show up next day so they could have moved just didn’t want too.

The staff was very accommodating and handle problems right away. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

The hotel is perfect for 4 seniors. Valentina was of great help to us. Hotel is clean, walkable to everywhere. Just beside the sta lucia train station

The bathroom smelled of sewage
The room was to hot and you could change the temperature

There was a noisy stay above me which was a little annoying, but nothing big they just were very heavy walkers and big bangs from the room above until bthe morning hours. Other than that great stay, view was limited but I did no spend much time in the room.

I was booked Hotel NH Venezia Santa Lucia nearby the Train station (since we have few luggages) but they transfer our reservations to Avani Rio Novo Venice Hotel it must walk distances about 15mins with your own luggages and crossing four bridges with stairs steps and hotel only cover luggages porter one way when it check-in but not when it check out to train station (as original my booking near by hotel) it cost us additional $60 euro on porter. unacceptable!
