Lots of steps but we were told about that before arrival. Very helpful with information & were on hand if we had any questions.

Very quiet and excellent location. Need to be aware of three flights of stairs to reach accommodation.

We felt very comfortable with our accommodations. Barbara gave excellent advice and was patient with our getting used to our first visit to Venice.

Staff was very excellent. Location was perfect. The room was very good and the shower water pressure was very good. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Note there are 4 or 5 flights of stairs. If that isn’t an issue then the place will be perfect. Babi was helpful with dining suggestions and she let us know about a transportation strike and prearranged a water taxi for our departure which would have been a disaster without her help.

We liked the decor of the bedrooms and the comfort of the bed. Barbara was very helpful in making suggestions and
arranging reservations for us. Although we knew there were steps to our stay, we did not realize there were so many(our traveling partners had a hard time navigating the stairs). I would encourage anyone to stay here.

Barbara was lovely - very communicative from the outset, giving us clear directions on how to reach the property. Upon arrival she helped us plan an itenary and showed us a map of the city with some restaurant recommendations.
The room was lovely and quaint, and location was central and perfect. I would absolutely stay here again!

great stay - great all around. My only small critism is the towels were a bit musty.

This property is well located in the heart of Venice. Within walking distance from Rialto Mercato water bus station so it was easy to transfer from the train station. There are an abundance of restaurants, bars and gorgeous sites at your doorstep including local markets. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. There are three flights of stairs so be prepared to carry up your luggage. Hotel staff kindly assisted us with our bags. Breakfast was adequate however it appears to be first in first served as supplies were not topped up. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

It is not a hotel, this must be on Air BNB.
Entrance is very sketchy, it is 2-3 bed apartment and they converted into so-called hotel.

Dear Sir, thank you very much for your kind feedback. Actually we are NOT a hotel, we are not included in the hotel section. La Villeggiatura is a b&b as clearly specify on the web-site you used to take your reservation along with all the details of the house including the fact that ours is a 16th century palace and that we have 6 rooms, not 2-3 as you wrote...I am very happy that you had a nice stay.
