Mogliano Veneto is a lovely area. It is a shame that the second half of my stay at the hotel ruined my overall experience of the region.

Lovely property and really enjoyed my stay. On check-in there were a few small issues with the room that were promptly and professionally corrected. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were so friendly I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Also very easy access to Venice via a short train ride.

There is little I could say negatively about our stay. We were guests for 4-days and 3 nights. The staff were friendly and helped out with many things (restaurant ideas, bank location, other random questions) all in English though I tried to speak (very poorly) in Italian. The room (camera quadruple) was perfect for my family (me, my spouse and our two children). We loved our stay so much , we wished we would have extended it in this area.

Beautiful property, very clean, professional staff with abundant parking space and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and main train station

Staff was so accommodating and helpful! Convenient walk to train station, easy trip into Venice. Great breakfast included and several restaurants within a very short walk. The rooms were absolutely beautiful! I would love to return here some day!!

Not what I booked. Poor customer service.
Posted 18 Sep 2023 on HotelsDidn't get the room I booked, 3 premium suites available, I specifically booked the one with the jet TUB, but it wasn't available. Receptionist was rude both on check-in and a different one at check-out, where I was 'accused' of taking things from the mini bar, which I didn't even know I had and turned out to be an internal error. Poor sound insulation, very loud from guests and cleaning next door, slamming doors, etc., not very quiet at all.
