Very quiet, residential area. Really only 2 dining options nearby but both were our favorites in all of Venice. Breakfast was lovely but not exceptional. This is the perfect location for touring the Venice Biennale.

Staff is very welcoming and hospitable. We needed to leave our luggage after checkout to do some last minute site seeing and the staff waa very accommodating. Additionally, when we made our reservations we forgot to add the continental breakfast option. The staff helped us add breakfast and at a discounted rate. Really nice stay.

Exceptional Service and Impeccable Comfort.
Posted 5 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe service we received from reception, restaurant, and housekeeping was exceptional. Our room was immaculately clean with a delightful fragrance. The bed was comfortable, and everything was perfect overall. Additionally, the food was excellent.

A little bit of luxury

In a quiet part of Venice away from all the crowds. Easy walk to the Vaporetto. First night in years I haven’t needed an eye mask or earplugs to fall asleep. King size bed and spacious room. We chose the one with its own private balcony. Breakfast every morning started the day off right. I would stay here again.

The garden room was beautiful, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The location was nice, quiet but not too far of a commute to central Venice tourist spots. A lovely hotel, well worth the stay

The hotel is amazing. It is removed from the downtown area, which is great because you get to avoid the mass of tourists. The neighborhood is beautiful, quite, and mostly occupied by native Venetians. The water bus stop is a 3 minute walk away and it gets you right downtown in just a few minutes. Or you could walk 20 minutes to San Marco, and the walk is safe and beautiful. Good amount of restaurants in the area, but lots more just a short walk away. The staff was wonderful, the facility was clean. The garden was lovely. I would stay here when I come back to Venice.
