We had a lovely stay in a large apartment that was a perfect base for exploring Venice. The staff at Hotel da Bruno (which manages the apartments) were very helpful with everything we asked them for, including booking water taxis that picked us up from just behind the hotel. The location of our specific apartment was also perfect for stumbling on several amazing local artisans: Le Pietre di Venezia for lovely hand-painted cards, Arzanart Marbled Paper Studio for Venetian marbled paper and workshops to create it, and Artefact Mosaic Studio for gorgeous artistry in glass mosaics

A family trip!

It’s a spacious one bedroom apartment for three of us. We stayed in the Master bedroom and our teen boy stayed in the comfort double soft bed located the living room. There is a good size kitchen and lounge areas. Strongly recommended to a family with 2 kids.

AC and hot water was not working! I thought that for the price would be better

Dear Guest, we are sorry your experience wasn't that expected but your description really isn't consistent .Hot water and A/C are perfectly working. You informed our reception of a possible problem and, after our maintenance staff double-checked, we reconfirmed you that for hot water you are just supposed to wait a couple of minutes for the water to warm up (as our maintener show you during your stay ) and for Air conditioning, you find the remote control in order to control the setting (by any chance did you check for the setting during your stay ?) .That said, we do hope you will give us another chance as we will definitely improve our services.kindest regards
