Great rooms! Right off the 5.2 Vaporetta. Very helpful staff, Away from the busy crowds. The only challejnge is most of the activities are planned in San Marcos square which is a 20 minute walk or a 30 min vaporetta ride. Be sure to get the day passes for the ferry when you go here.

Fantastic hotel with a convenient location! The staff were helpful and welcoming.
The rooms were clean and the bathrooms well maintained. We asked for the air-conditioning to be turned on in order to have some air flow through the room to which they obliged to do so.
When extra pillows were requested they also promptly provided the extra pillows.
Overall will stay again

The hotel is lovely, the staff were all very helpful friendly.
The room was clean and had everything we needed.
Breakfast was really good with lots of choice of hot cold food.
The location is great with water bus stops (including the airport water bus) a couple of minutes walk.
It is very convenient for all the main attractions but is in a quieter area around 20 minutes walk away.
There are nice, reasonably priced bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff is great, the room is very good, I let them know that I will arrive early and the hotel did not promise early check in but when I arrive my room is ready. The room rate worth every bit. I have a wonderful stay.

Nice property with friendly and helpful staff. Gentleman in bar was very personable and helped us to plan our trip!
