Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing, perfection is the word.
Location: As it's mentioned, Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, gas station, bus stop, train station.
What makes the big difference here is Sandra, wonderful woman that takes care of every little detail of your stay here.
The room is big, cozy, clean and comfortable.
Located in the country of Mirano but not to far away from Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, gas station, you name it, and if you are planning to go to Venice (Venezia) the train station is close, you can drive or take the bus there.
Breakfast was awesome, as I said before, Sandra takes care of everything.
Thank you Sandra, I wish it won't take long for us to visit you again.

Nice place in Venice
Posted 17 Nov 2016 on EbookersReally nice people very helpful Sandra is an extraordinary person, room and bathroom clean organized and quiet, The breakfast is really good, the distance from Venice and casa di Sandra it's is around 1 hour by bus but you can enjoy the trip in between. The price is according the quality, I totally recommend.

Fabulous place
Posted 5 Jul 2016 on HotelsAbsolutely happy that I picked this place. Near Venice but not crowded and free parking. Hostess was very friendly and supporting and I had actually all floor in use-big bedroom´and bathroom. So-reccommended for all. Romantic or non-romantic people-fits for all!

What a nice owner family!

Pros: The owner and her family were just wonderful! The room was very comfortable.
Cons: A larger WiFi sign to make sure that the guests do not miss it would help.
Location: The b&b is outside Venice in rural area. Very nice and quiet place.
Sandra and Jessica were just wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about how nice they were. They went out of their way to make sure that we would not get lost during our visit of Venice.
The room was nice, large, clean, and comfortable.

Nice stay outside of Venice
Posted 16 Oct 2015 on HotelsSandra was a very friendly and gracious hostess. We were able to use the kitchen to eat our dinner when we arrived late in the evening. The train station is a few kilometers away, with free parking, so it was very easy to get to Venice. Others have said you need a GPS to find her house - we didn't have GPS and we arrived after dark, so it was definitely difficult to find the street she lives on (the street name is abbreviated on the sign and can really only be seen when heading east, but we were going west). I had a map so was able to turn around at the next light when we realized we'd gone too far, but her house was also further up the street than expected. Once we knew where it was, there was no problem getting there. We didn't have hot water in the shower, but we also didn't try to address it with her. We may have missed something in how to get the hot water... Everything was clean and we enjoyed staying outside of Venice. Breakfast was simple, but good, as others have said. We were also happy to have a safe place to park the car (her home is gated).

Quaint Rural Location

Pros: Very nice host.
If you want to experience local Italian life, this is the place to do it. It's in a very rural setting but the area is nice and quiet. Sandra was a wonderful host. She made us breakfast each morning and recommended a fantastic local restaurant to go to. She has 2 dogs a bit on the energetic side, but were kept in a separate area once we arrived.
From here, you will need to get the train into Venice but it's a quick drive to the train station and about a 25 minute train ride in. Thought it was a great value for the money.

Rural setting

Pros: Contact with nature
Cons: Beds
Location: It is far away from public transport. However Sandra is extremely helpful with transport to bus/train stops
Acceptable for the price but isolated in a rural environment

It was fine
Posted 7 Aug 2014 on HotelsI hate not giving great reviews but we were a bit underwhelmed. When we got there my husband stood in a pile of dog dirt which was in the driveway. Sandra was nice. Breakfast was fine. The location was very good. The town nearby had some food shops and was close to main roads.
