I booked for 2days stay. But stayed only one night had to accompany a friend to Chennai.

People go by the food provided or the unlimited breakfast that some hotels like Khanna provide. I give importance to hygiene and cleanliness of the room and I was pretty disappointed with the Old sheets, stained towels, dysfunctional phone and poor water drainage in the bathroom in the room that was provided to me. I may have to seek another hotel when I visit this city again.

Okay. Could improve.

The hotel was very clean and had all the comforts required. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. The staff was helpful and always smiling.

Posted 2 May 2018 on Hotelsthe hotel is a good standard, the staff are very helpful, if I were going back to Vellore I would stay here again. The only negative was the wifi was ok for email but not for streaming. I stayed in a suite, which was spacious enough to work and sleep

Very nice hotel in the middle of Vellore
Posted 11 Feb 2018Staff and services were beyond expectation. Good quality food at the roof restaurant. The trainees, be it at the reception or at the restaurant, are more proactive and helpful than the permanent staff. The trainee at the reception was keen to help me with my taxi booking, while the trainee at the restaurant would always check if we needed something. We really enjoyed that.
The only con was the recurrent noises from upstairs (we were on the 3rd floor).
