Very difficult to find room and to find way outside. I had a pet with me and they put me on the 6th floor way in the back with a confusing way to get out quickly potty needs. I definitely would not stay here again due to above.

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you had difficulties finding the way to the room and to find a way outside. You had a room in the green zone of our hotel on the 2nd floor close to the elevator. This part of the hotel has a separate entrance called Auditorium. The elevator to the second floor was very near this entrance. Perhaps you were not clearly informed about this possibility. Our sincere apologies for this. Good conference centre hotel
Posted 20 Dec 2023 on HotelsComfortable hotel, not as luxurious as the NH collection in downtown Eindhoven. The shower had poor pressure and the shower gel dispenser was empty.
Basic good continental breakfast - no omelettes.

Nice hotel

It is a bit of a distance from Eindhoven though, and the bar was not open on the Sunday evening, which is a miss for a hotel without alternative bars within walking distance
The cost of items in the foyer shop was very high too, eg almost €4 for a small bottle of water

Excellent hotel in Veldhoven
Posted 21 Nov 2023 on HotelsStayed for 3 nights to attend an event held at the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet area, approximately 25mins from Eindhoven by the very frequent bus service, which stops and picks up outside the hotel.
The hotel is very well maintained, with all areas being well looked after. The rooms are comfortable with excellent beds, ensuite shower room, and a fridge in the room.
All staff were incredibly welcoming and chatty, and were obviously very good at their jobs. Breakfast was a buffet, and was superbly laid out with a wide range of choices from standard cooked breakfast, cereals, yogurts, cold cuts, and even pancakes and waffles. The food was delicious, and the staff were very attentive.
There is already talk of returning next year to the same event, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
