"The room itself was clean, spacious, great location and the amenities were great. The check-in process was smooth, even if I did book through a 3rd party, and locating the room was easy with the welcome package they offer: a map, some hotel info and coupons. The food options below were great! We had lunch one of our days, great sandwiches and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The location of this hotel is amazing, right across the Mob Museum and about 1 1/2 blocks from The Fremont Street Experience. We were ably to grab dinner, then walk the area and enjoy the nigh life, no uber needed unless you plan to go towards the actual strip for the clubs or night life. I had asked on my last night if I could extend my check out time and there was no issue making it happen, they truly go above and beyond to make sure all their guest feel comfortable and safe."
