"The casino and check in area are a little run down. The carpet is old and dirty. Both times I've stayed the check-in had problems with their computer. I was told I couldn't check in for a couple hours this last trip because of the computer. The whole place is old and could sure use a remodel but aside from that the people are nice and the restaurants are good. The cafe is great with great service and food. The rooms are OK but no fridge or microwave. The shower had a constant drip and in need of repairs. The TV kept messing up and maintenance had to come fix it. That being said, the room was clean and the bedding was luxurious and the bed really comfortable. It was nice and quiet also. So to sum it up it's an older motel that could use an upgrade But the rooms are nice and the food is fantastic and I actually won some money too so I can't complain!"

"The room was toasty when we got there at 12am which it's Nevada it's going to be hot but the room ac wasn't turned on at all. I understand saving electricity, we cranked the ac down and the room cooled reasonably prior to falling asleep. The hotel can definately invest in blackout curtains though. The light outside our room illuminated the entire room all night. The moment the sun rose, it just got worse. We were there just for sleeping, so that was a rough night. "

"The hotel was a bit older but clean and comfortable. The ataff was excellent. The food prices were very affordable and the casino was fun and paid out both days we were there. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will be back."

"When we arrived in our room, the smell of old rug welcomed us. Room is warm, I thought maybe because we just got in so i didnt mind, and this was at 4pm check in. Room is okay, decent, clean. So i turned the ac to 70 coz its still not cooling down and we went to the pool. Came back at 7pm and room still warm, went down to front desk and told them about the issue and they said theyll send engineering to check it while were gone to eat. i said okay, and when we came back at 10pm room is still warm and it is on 65. Went to front desk to complain that theres even a spoiled food inside the mini fridge plus the room not cooling down and theyre glad to switch us to a different room and gave us hotel credit. New room is a little better, ac is at 62 but its just a tad cooler than the previous room that weve been to. Just disappointed with a 250$ room. I hope they fix their rooms and update it. Its very disappointing considering there are many people who comes here."

"Breakfast was good. Staff was great, especially the staff running the breakfast, they were wonderful! Parking is paid $15/night. The pool and hot tub were available 10a-10p and were nice. Very nice building and location."
