"The casino and hotel was awesome! Room was old, and bathroom was not the best. Old toilet like one in a school. No plug to charge your phone. Other than that was great! 👍"

"We stayed in the Carson Tower. Front desk was very rude when we checked in and had some questions. When we went to our room, we were missing a blow dryer and a chair for the vanity. Went back downstairs to address it and was met with another very rude person at the desk, however they did get the items brought to our room. I have a mold allergy and within hours of checking in started getting ill. I couldn’t see any mold in the room until the day we checked out. I was picking up and turned toward the toilet and notice under the rim it appeared it hadn’t been cleaned in quit a while and black mold was growing. Too late for us but if you check in you might want to make sure they actually clean under the rim of the toilets. You couldn’t see anything unless you had the lid up and looked at it at the right angle. We won’t be going back. We have stayed at this property before and had no issues. Seems they have gone down since our last stay."

"The best part of this Best Western was the breakfast, which was great with a lot of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was fine too. The room was fine, a little worn and plain, but it was clean. The tub drain was a bit stained, toilet seat was a bit loose. I wanted to use the pool, but it was quite cold & unheated. I thought the room was overpriced especially since it was in the middle of an industrial area."
