Inefficient room service

The hotel room was good however the room service was poorly managed as either they managed to provide ordered items to incorrect rooms or they missed the service until we reminded them. Internet connection was really bad. They provided coffee two times that were spoiled without checking.

Nice clean spacious rooms. Polite staff. Paid attention to the requests. Restaurant is decent. Excellent service in the restaurant

Excellent location and comfortable stay

Second time not so lucky..

This is the second time I am staying in this hotel. The first time had a great experience but not so this time. Breakfast as usual was good. Service as usual good. The room allotted was next to the road and hence road noise percolated into the room till 10:30pm. Morning as usual was noisy. A great disappointment was TV. I could watch only free sports channels which meant was not able to watch India vs Australia test match. With a 3 star rating you expect at least this much to be done.

Food was nit so great but quantity us good. It's a budget hotel. Not very savy.

Hotel was good. However, TV could not be watched as new service provider was introduced at the hotel but set up was not good. Besides this rate given to me by Expedia and rate charged by hotel did not match. Hotel charged me more. I had to pay Rs. 4000 more. I will lodge an official complain about this.

Diamond hotel Bhelupur Varanasi

Hotel is decent and the rooms are well maintained and taken care of. The Wi-Fi did work at all and inspite of repeated feedback to rectify it, the hotel staff were not able to attend to it. In today's world this is a major negative for the hotel. Rest of the hotel is fine.

Excellent stay

Staying at Diamond hotel, is always amazing. The staff is very helpful and hospitality is at par with 5-star hotels. The food is excellent and never gave me or my family any issues. The rooms are always clean and have no issues

Ok rooms poor wifi but good location

Hotel was nice but the staff was not well trained. Breakfast was very simple and just ok. Wifi was horrible - it was slow and was not working for 2 days. Even after complaining it was not addressed. Good point is the location which is next to the mall. The rooms are clean but tad old looking.
