Im a big fan of Westin Bayshore. It feels like a second home. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff; great food and safe comfort.

Beautiful property and location. What stood out most to me was how incredibly friendly the staff were. Everyone said hello as you passed by and several helped guide me when looking for places to be during our conference held there. Amazing people at this Westin. I'll be back with family next.

One thing we disliked was the exceptionally poor choice of in-room TV options. Absolutely nothing anyone would want to watch. However, we went down to the restaurant/bar to watch the NCAA basketball championship and it was closed! But the night manager opened it up just for us and provided food and drink service. It was very special to lay sprawled out on the sofa withthe entire place to ourselvs.
