Was great and had everything very convenient had more amenities in the suites then I thought.

I understand the property was going through some renovations but I did notice some roaches in my room small ones, but still. It was pretty noisy with the construction I did get woken up with some banging. Love the area. I’m sure the hotel will look great after the construction. Might give it a second chance.

Was run down, water stains on ceiling; carpet shreded, very dated, noisy work being done; housekeeping rarely came by.

For the price u paid for this room I am so disappointed. The bathroom smelt like urine we had to close the door. It looked like the room hadnt even been cleaned. Took a wine glass out to find them both put away dirty. When I told the front desk they said a manager would contact me. I never heard from one and it has been a week.

The location was good for where we wanted to go. Elevators were very slow. Saw people waiting 15 minutes to up to their rooms.

unsafe area, homeless digging through trash, rooms are disgusting and so is property, “rooftop pool” is on the 4th floor overlooking a dumpster. the staff has major attitudes. half the elevators are broken and the bed had old contact lenses and hair 0/10. we left early and coughed up the cost for the second night it was that bad. extremely noisy due to club in the area, you can hear every door slam and water turning on and people yelling all night.
