Very clean? Friendly. Got early checkin. Bed very comfortable. Only negative was sirend most of the night - close to hospital

Nice hotel in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Definitely on the expensive side, however good rooms and great staff

The bar was lovely and the staff was wonderful. The room was supposed to be a junior suite that slept 3 however it was not so we had to get a rollaway

Fantastic hotel, staff couldnt have done more to help when faced with questions. Fantastic downtown location with amazing facilities in house too!
Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean! Brillaint stay!
