Hotel needs some improvement.

Our room was filthy. Dirt all over the floors, the bed wasnt made with clean sheets, there was crumbs and hairs and dried blood stains on the sheets. We went to the desk and tried a different room on the same floor and we found the same issues. She then tried a room on the top floor and its sheets were at least clean but there was hand prints all over the tv and windows, the tub would hardly drain during a shower and the pull out sofa didnt have bedding available and there was food crumbs and hair on it as well. There was visible damage to carpet and walls throughout the facility. The breakfast station for grab and go dodnt have any coffee and there was no bars or muffins available as it was supposed to so the front desk had to retrieve some. Management needs to address many, many issues and problems.

I heard people up and about and opening doors and closing doors all night long you can hear the neighboring room like they were in the room with you

The desk clerk was very nice an helpful ..I got a room very quickly no problems...the room was very clean an nice ..will stay here again for sure
