Mice infested!!! I was staying on the first floor and noticed a mouse so I told the front desk and got moved to the 4th floor no big deal. Then I noticed 3 MORE mice in the 4th floor room!!! I tried talking to the manager and he was very disrespectful trying to play off the whole situation like he didint know anything about it, refused to give me a refund or any compensation then he banned me from the hotel when I contacted Expedia support. I’ve been staying at this hotel for the past year and a half, the only hotel I chose when coming to Vancouver. Terrible way to treat a loyal customer and an easy way to loose one. Air bnb from now on. Room service is good though.

Such a great location that we're always happy to come back to. On this trip, I left behind a small bag that contained some valuable items in our room. Housekeeping and Guest Services, in particular Tony, were just fantastic about holding onto it, and arranging for tracked shipping to our home. Outstanding service!

Excellent location. A bit noisy due to the location. Hotel staff were very helpful. I asked for a kettle and a regular mug. They sent both up to my room.

Me and my wife have stayed here before. We love Stanley park and this hotel is right at the corner of English bay. We woke up early and walked around Stanley park. Great place to stay

We were given a room on the 3rd floor which was ok. However, we were shocked to see a mouse darting about. Front desk quickly gave us a room on the 4th floor. However, that room turned out to have a HWY-99 for mice going through it, and they would jump quite high. There is no point in reviewing the positives of this property since the negatives are unacceptable.
